Cleansing the Bottle - Your Inner Man/Woman

When we come to the Lord and call upon His name to be saved and surrender our lives to Him – Then the process of cleansing begins.

Opening our hearts and minds, reading the Word of God and discovering what it means to follow Yeshua/Jesus, the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.

As we progress in learning about the Kingdom of God and learning Gods teaching, Torah we always find that in contrast with the Commandments and Gods Statutes and decrees we are a long way from them.

Yeshua/Jesus calls us to become purified and sanctified, spotless from the things of this world. It is not always easy to let go of the way of life we have lived, or even have our minds seared by the Word of God.

Learning the complete and open meaning of the Commandments and His statutes, decrees then starts the process of deep cleansing – asking God to search out our darkest secrets – which he knows are in our hearts and minds.

Old wine skins cannot hold new wine. Therefore the Old must be made new.

The teachings we have received regarding replacement theology and the doing away with the Laws of God – you will find if you are truly touched by the Holy Spirit it will lead you back to them, because we see that Yeshua/Jesus and the disciples all lived according to them, including all the Holy Shabbats, Feast days, Harvesting celebrations, the Passover, Feast of Weeks, Feast of Tabernacles, Day of Atonement. When you really start to study the scriptures you will indeed discover a way of life planned out by God for all mankind.

Looking at the scriptures and seeing that we are called to put away malice, lying, cheating, adultery, fornication, sorcery, witchcraft, rebellion, abusive language and behaviour, back stabbing, gossiping, false witness, oppressive behaviour, pride. We see all these pointers are throughout the Word of God – we need to check that these sins are all handed over to the Father so that we may be made whole and cleansed – for we have all sinned – whether to lesser or greater degree. The only way to be sure is to confess, repent and be thoroughly aware of these sins in your own mind and heart being honest before God – for we were unable to be anything else before we came to the Lord.

The Spirit of Discipline, the teacher and revealer of all truths starts opening you up and giving you the opportunity to be born again – and entering into a new life. A lifestyle under God – entering into Gods Kingdom with His Rules and Regulations. The problem is that we have been so used to doing "our own thing" living just how we want, eating just whatever we want – totally living in ignorance that God’s lifestyle offers us a life of Peace, Hope and health. Wisdom comes from the fear of the God and His ways.

Being in a place of awe and wonderment at how much God loves us and wants us to be made perfect and whole and transformed into His likeness. This starts to happen when we take seriously the need to be transformed in our lifestyles, it is not a religious experience it is a life changing adventure to come back to the Father to realise that God has so much to give to us and bless us if we
are prepared to be demolished and rebuilt, emptying out the old in order to receive the new wine every morning.

Trusting God to delivery you from your past lives, demons and addictions – to be cleansed of immoral and abusive behaviour – it is a way of life – changing from within to be seen to be changed on the outside – Only God can really make the changes – He wants us to acknowledge and really turn to him. This is not "churchianity or any religion" but a way of life.

To live Gods life as ordained it for all mankind. Recognizing the difference is vital if you want to progress and aim for the Goal that God has set before us – TO BE TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING OF THE MIND.

Having our Hearts of stone replaced with a heart of Flesh – filled with compassion and love, joy and gratefulness and above all obedient to God’s Word – For His word never changes nor does it fade away.

Surely, that is what all men are seeking – peace to live with one another in Peace and Harmony.

It does not matter where you have come from, what you have been taught – because to become a new creation under God – it is in forgetting all former ways – you cannot bring anything of your old teachings into the Kingdom because they do not fit in – Only Gods Torah, Teachings, Rules and Regulations are going to be the acceptable way to live God’s Lifestyle.

Rejecting God and His Word at your Peril

When I have been doing some reading this weekend in Deuteronomy 28/29/30 I have found that the more we pay attention to God the more the blessing He endows on us.

However today we can see that there is much that society has lost by turning its back on God.

Here are some simple and true words that God spoke to Moses with regard to the turning away from God and the consequences of such actions. The choices we face in our lives are for us life and death. Depending on you own standpoint with depend whether you would choose to obey and live or choose to disobey and suffer the consequences of such actions.

Here are the consequences of our denial of the Living God and turning our backs on His precious teachings and Holy way of life. God makes it very clear that if we do not pay attention to his voice and what he is teaching and his laws and his regulations, which he has given to us from the time of Moses, then all the following curses will be yours in abundance. Deuteronomy 28 v 15-68

1. A curse on you in the city, and a curse on you in the countryside.

2. A curse on your grain-basket and kneading bowl

3. A curse on the fruit of your body, the fruit of your land and the young of your cattle and flocks.

4. A curse on you when you come in, and a curse on you when you go out.

5. Adonai (God) will send on you curses , disasters and frustrations in everything you set out to do, until you are destroyed and quickly perish, because your evil actions in abandoning me. (God Creator)

6. Adonai will bring you a plague that will stay with you until he had exterminated you from the land you are entering in order to take possession of it.

7. Adonai will strike you down with wasting diseases, fever, inflammation, fiery heat, drought, blasting winds and mildew; and they will pursue you until you perish.

8. The sky-over your head will be brass and the earth under you iron

9. Adonai will turn the rain your land needs into powder and dust that will fall on you from the sky until you are destroyed.

10. Adonai your God will cause you to be defeated before your enemies, you will advance on them one way and flee before them seven. You will become an object of horror to every kingdom on earth. Your carcasses will become food for all the birds in the air and the wild animals, and there will be no one to scare them away.

11. Adonai will strike you down with boils that broke out on the Egyptians, tumours , skin lesions, itching, all incurable.

12. Adonai will strike you with insanity, blindness and utter confusion.

13. You will grope about at noon like a blind person groping in the dark, unable to find your way.

14. You will be continually be oppressed and robbed, and there will be no one to save you.

15. You will get engaged, but another man will marry her. You will build a house but not live in it. You will plant a vineyard but not use its fruits

16. Your ox will be slaughtered before your eyes, but you won’t eat any of its meat. Your donkey will be taken away from you by force as you watch, and you won’t get it back. Your sheep will be given to your enemies, and there will be no one to help you.

17. Your sons and daughters will be handed over to another people; you will watch for them longingly all day but not see them; and there will be nothing you can do about it.

18. A nation unknown to you will eat the fruit of your land and labour. Yes, you will be continually oppressed and crushed,

19. Till you go crazy from what your eyes have to see.

20. Adonai will bring you and your king whom you have put over yourselves to a nation you havenot known, neither you nor your ancestors; and there you will serve other gods made of wood and stone.

21. You will be so devastated as to become a proverb and a laughingstock among all the peoples to which Adonai will drive you.

22. You will carry much seed out to the field but gather little in, because locusts will devour it.

23. You will plant vineyards and dress them but neither drink the wine nor gather the grapes, because worms will eat them.

24. You will have olive trees throughout your territory but not anoint yourself with oil, because your olives will fall off unripe.

25. You will father sons and daughters, but they won’t belong to you, because they will go into captivity.

26. The bugs will inherit all your trees and the produce of your land.

27. The foreigner living with you will rise higher and higher, while you sink lower and lower.

28. He will lend to you, but you will not lend to him; he will be the head and you the tail.

29. All these curses will come on you, pursuing you and overtaking you until you are destroyed because you didn’t pay attention to what Adonai your God said, observing his mitzvot (teachings) and regulations that he gave to you. These curses will be on you and your descendants as a sign and wonder forever.

30. Because you didn’t serve Adonai you God with joy and gladness in your heart when you had such an abundance of everything.

31. Adonai (God) will send your enemy against you; and you will serve him when you are hungry, thirsty, poorly clothed and lacking everything; he will put a yoke of iron on your neck until it destroys you.

32. Yes Adonai will bring against you a nation from far away that will swoop down on you from the end of the earth like a vulture, a nation whose language you don’t understand

33. A nation grim in appearance, whose people neither respect the old nor pity the young.

34. They will devour the offspring of your livestock and the produce of your soil, until you have been destroyed. They will leave you without grain, wine, olive oil, or your young cattle and sheep – until they have caused you to perish.

35. They will besiege all your towns until your high fortified walls, in which you trusted, collapse everywhere in your land, which Adonai you God gave you.

36. Then, because of the severity of the siege and distress that you enemies are inflicting on you, you will eat the offspring of your own body, the flesh of your own sons and daughters whom Adonai your God has given you.

37. Even the most gentle and sensitive man among you will be without pity for his brother, his beloved wife or his surviving children

38. To the degree that he will refuse to share with any of them the flesh of his children whom he is eating; because if he did, he would have nothing left for himself – in the severity of the siege and distress your enemies are inflicting on you in all your towns.

39. The most delicate and sensitive woman among you, so sensitive and delicate that she wouldn’t think of touching the sole of her foot to the ground, will so begrudge her own beloved husband, son and daughter, that she will secretly eat the afterbirth that comes out her and even her own children as she bears them – so desperately hungry will she be in the severity of the siege and distress of your enemies are inflicting on you in your towns. IF YOU WILL NOT OBSERVE AND OBEY ALL THE WORDS OF THIS TORAH (TEACHING) THAT ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK, SO THAT YOU WILL FEAR THIS GLORIOUS AND AWSOME NAME, ADONAI YOU GOD; Then Adonai will strike you down and your descendant’s with extraordinary plagues and severe sicknesses that go on and on

We can see clearly here that in our own society these very sicknesses and diseases and plagues are prevalent and therefore we need to ask ourselves the question – How can we turn the situation round so that we are able to be free from the ills that this portrays. For me the solution is simple – for each individual to really repent and turn back from the traditions of man which has been brought about since the throwing out of the Commandments and regulations which God had given to Moses – by really beginning to ask God to teach us His ways and ask for His deliverance from the mess we are in today and to really get to know people who are going teach the TRUTH AND PRACTICE THE TRUE WAY OF GOD in to speak and teach the people so that at least we can have an opportunity to ask for full salvation and repentance and become totally restored to the Father – bringing our lives in line with His teachings – following the footsteps of the early disciples and Yeshua by leaning to follow their teachings not the so called teachings today in the churches – far better to get on your on knees in your own home  and pray and start to READ THE SCRIPTURES FOR YOURSELF and LEARN FROM GOD and ask the HOLY SPIRIT TO TEACH YOU because the HOLY SPIRIT IS THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY AND TEACHER and it is what Yeshua had said to the Disciples when they were told to wait for the HOLY SPIRIT TO COME with TONGUES OF FIRE DECENDING FROM HEAVEN to teach them and guide them to keep them on the Path of righteousness. By returning back to the Word of God and learning from God and asking for Wisdom and Understanding – you will find that the scriptures open up a whole new meaning to you. The WORD BECOME LIVING BREATHING AND POWERFUL – when you read the scriptures about the wonderful powerful events that occurred throughout history you get a greater picture of an incredible God – who is Creator and Father to all.  Deuteronomy 28 verses 1 – 14
 1. “If you will listen closely to what Adonai your God says, observing and obeying all his mitzvot (teachings) which I am giving you today – Adonai your God will raise you high above all the nations on earth

2. And all the following Blessings will be yours in abundance – if you will do what Adonai your God says.

3 A blessing on you in the city, and a blessing on you in the countryside.

4 A blessing on the fruit of your body, the fruit of your land and fruit of your livestock – the young of your cattle and flocks.

5 A blessing on your grain-basket and kneading-bowl

6 A blessing on you when you go out, and a blessing on you when you come in

7 Adonai will cause your enemies attacking you to be defeated before you, they will advance on you one way and flee before you seven ways.

8 Adonai will order a blessing to be with you in your barns and in everything you undertake; he will bless you in the land Adonai your God is giving you.

9 Adonai will establish you as a people separated out for himself, as he has sworn to you – if you will observe the mitzvot (teachings) of Adonai you God and follow his ways.

10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that Adonai’s name, his presence, is with you; so that they will be afraid of you.

11 Adonai will give you great abundance of good things – of the fruit of your body, the fruit of your livestock and the fruit of your land in the land Adonai swore to your ancestors to give you.

12 Adonai will open for you his good treasure, the sky, to give your land its rain in the right seasons and to bless everything you undertake. You will lend to many nations and not borrow;

13 Adonai will make you the head and not the tail; and you will be only above, never below – if you will listen to , observe and obey the mitzvot (teachings) of Adonai you God

14 And not turn away from any of the words I am ordering you today, neither to the right nor to the left, to follow after other gods and serve them.

On opening up Deut 28 and learning to apply the principles of faith regarding Gods teaching we can see that we shall prosper – remember Yeshua/Jesus said that we would have lives more abundantly if we choose to follow in His Footsteps – He kept His father’s teachings – for He is the Word made flesh dwelling amongst us to show us the way to abundantly life. The teachings of keeping Gods Commandments is the essential ingredient to receive abundant life. When we look at the 10 Commandments carefully we can see that they are of benefit to all mankind.

Putting God first in your life, recognising his majesty and power as God creator and Father of all – even the fishes of the sea are his creation – every living breathing animal, insect, bug, flower, tree, bird, in fact everything that breathes is His creation – He ordained it – spoke the word and it was brought into being – He saw the glory of His creation and sat back and rested on the first Shabbat day and marvelled at His Own Handiwork – surely as His creation we too should take the Shabbat (Friday night 7.30 to Saturday night 7.30) and enjoy the joys of His creation and praise Him for His incredible gift of life. In taking the time to rest on the Shabbat and recognising Gods great handiwork even in each other and setting time aside to spend with you family to enjoy a day of celebration of Gods great gift is worth more than gold or silver – time is a precious commodity – we tend to spend it running around “doing stuff” to fill in the “time” yet God saw fit to “take the Time” to create and develop this great planet we call home. In the same way He is taking His time that none should be lost that all men will bend the knee to Him and all shall follow after His teachings and learn from Him to live the lives that God ordained us to life in the first place – in harmony and peace with each other and in union with God himself. For that is the purpose that God sent his precious son Yeshua/Jesus that we may be reconciled back to the Father.

For when people are seeking their own way all the time, demanding to be rich with money rather than rich in love and peace there can only be strife. Seeking first the Kingdom of God is more important than seeking how to make more money than the next guy – after all Everything is in God’s hands – whether you prosper or not is in His hands too.

By our willingness to submit our lives to God and have His direction in our lives is more important than struggling to find our own way. I have discovered this to my cost many times, running against Gods timing in things and ending up worst off than if I would take the time to come before Him and ask His advice and His will for my lfie. Chasing after dreams to become rich and famous is not for me. My aim in life is to obey Gods calling on my life – to Obey His commands and live a life of complete surrender to His will. For His grace and mercy are amazingly abundant and His ways are full or peace and grace. He is able to provide all the things necessary for life as we surrender to him. No weapon that is formed can prosper because God himself will cut it down – He has done that many times in my life. He has rescued me from my pit of despair and pain and suffering and has led me back to Himself – where there is comfort and peace and love and grace. I enjoy the life I have for I know that My Father in Heaven is able to take care of all my needs.

For in Obedience Christ the Messiah came, in obedience He died, In obedience and majesty He has been placed at the right hand of the Father a place of highest honour – in His place as the King of all, High Priest – He has entered the veil for us, through His precious blood – we have the way back to the Father . He has the power to heal and the power to save lives. Also he has the power to take life – He and He alone knows the time of each man/woman and child – their time is in His Hands.

So although you may not agree with what I say. This does not mean that the God of Creation is not there. For in my own life I have proved on many occasions that He has the power to change people’s lives.

Better Understanding.

There are many ways we could help our homes and families to prosper by achieving a Godly Marriage and keeping our relationships sacred as God had intended not seeking to find other partners when it was appearing that things were not going so well – Divorce was not meant to be but man and woman their hearts are hard and never seem to learn that there is a way that is better for when you enter into union with a fellow human being when it is a God Given ordained relationship and everything is in His hands then the marriage would flow with grace and peace to each other recognising that each has an important role to play in Gods plan and in their own lives. We are so quick to jump from one relationship to another – but we are not so willing to stand by and learn from our mistakes and completely come before the Father to bring the difficulties to Him. What Can We learn from Hebrews 10

For the Torah has in it a shadow of the good things to come, but not the actual manifestation of the originals. Therefore, it can never, by means of the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, bring to the goal those who approach the Holy Place to offer them. 2 Otherwise, wouldn't the offering of those sacrifices have ceased? For if the people performing the service had been cleansed once and for all, they would no longer have sins on their conscience. 3 No, it is quite the contrary - in these sacrifices is a reminder of sins, year after year. 4 For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins. 5 This is why, on coming into the world, he says, "It has not been your will to have an animal sacrifice and a meal offering; rather, you have prepared for me a body. 6 No, you have not been pleased with burnt offerings and sin offerings. 7 Then I said, 'Look! In the scroll of the book it is written about me. I have come to do your will.'" 8 In saying first, "You neither willed nor were pleased with animal sacrifices, meal offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings," things which are offered in accordance with the Torah; 9 and then, "Look, I have come to do your will"; he takes away the first system in order to set up the second. 10 It is in connection with this will that we have been separated for God and made holy, once and for all, through the offering of Yeshua the Messiah's body. 11 Now every Cohen (priest) stands every day doing his service, offering over and over the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But this one, after he had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 from then on to wait until his enemies be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has brought to the goal for all time those who are being set apart for God and made holy. 15 And the Ruach HaKodesh  (Holy Spirit ) too bears witness to us; for after saying, 16 " 'This is the covenant which I will make with them after those days,' says ADONAI: 'I will put my Torah on their hearts, and write it on their minds . . . ,' " 17 he then adds, " 'And their sins and their wickedness's I will remember no more.' " 18 Now where there is forgiveness for these, an offering for sins is no longer needed. 19 So, brothers, we have confidence to use the way into the Holiest Place opened by the blood of Yeshua. 20 He inaugurated it for us as a new and living way through the parokhet, by means of his flesh. 21 We also have a great cohen over God's household. 22 Therefore, let us approach the Holiest Place with a sincere heart, in the full assurance that comes from trusting - with our hearts sprinkled clean from a bad conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us continue holding fast to the hope we acknowledge, without wavering; for the One who made the promise is trustworthy. 24 And let us keep paying attention to one another, in order to spur each other on to love and good deeds, 25 not neglecting our own congregational meetings, as some have made a practice of doing, but, rather, encouraging each other. And let us do this all the more as you see the Day approaching. 26 For if we deliberately continue to sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but only the terrifying prospect of Judgment, of raging fire that will consume the enemies. 28 Someone who disregards the Torah of Moshe is put to death without mercy on the word of two or three witnesses.p 29 Think how much worse will be the punishment deserved by someone who has trampled underfoot the Son of God; who has treated as something common the blood of the covenant which made him holy; and who has insulted the Spirit, giver of God's grace! 30 For the One we know is the One who said, "Vengeance is my responsibility; I will repay," and then said, "ADONAI will judge his people." 31 It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God! 32 But remember the earlier days, when, after you had received the light, you endured a hard struggle with sufferings. 33 Sometimes you were publicly disgraced and persecuted, while at other times you stood loyally by those who were treated this way. 34 For you shared the sufferings of those who had been put in prison. Also when your possessions were seized, you accepted it gladly; since you knew that what you possessed was better and would last forever. 35 So don't throw away that courage of yours, which carries with it such a great reward. 36 For you need to hold out; so that, by having done what God wills, you may receive what he has promised. 37 For "There is so, so little time! The One coming will indeed come, he will not delay. 38 But the person who is righteous will live his life by trusting, and if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him." 39 However, we are not the kind who shrink back and are destroyed; on the contrary, we keep trusting and thus preserve our lives! 

When we look at Hebrews 10 and realise that this is the Messiah – Yeshua/Jesus who came and died for our sins and to help us to be reconciled back to God the Father of creation, I am in awe of the power of the Creator who would see fit to send his beloved son amongst us to show us compassion and mercy and offer us an opportunity to be released from bondage and slavery to our addictions and perversions.  To our adulterous natures and behaviours.  To offer us an opportunity to have a life more abundantly as we learn to trust in Him and to obey him and understand that He is the Word of God and that He himself said that man cannot live by bread alone but also by EVERY WORD THAT GOD HAS SPOKEN therefore it stands to reason that as we read through the Word of God and discover just how powerful and mighty God truly is that we can see just how important these words are.

For we have all sinned and we have all fallen short of the Word of God and his Truth and His Way.  Therefore is it any wonder that God himself will place His Truth and His Torah (teachings into our minds and hearts) how can we start to comprehend just how important this is until we start to recognise just how little we really know the True God of the Bible.  The God that parted the red sea, made the plagues in Egypt, raised the dead, healed the sick, the lame, the halt and the blind, those with leprosy, epileptics, so many that when Yeshua/Jesus spoke he touched the hearts and minds of the people to such a degree that their lives were forever transformed by his words. Bearing in mind He is the Word of God – He is Logos – He was at the beginning with God – so why is it so strange that we now turn around and say ah but that is all done away with.  When God himself said that His word will never pass away.  

Sometimes when I think about Gods word and what it means to me and how I live my life I am in awe at just how uplifting and encouraging it really is.  When I read the stories of David and his battles with his own issues throughout his reign and his battles with himself over his disobedience and his depression and joy – if gives me hope that in all our dark hours no matter how much we may think we are alone – we are not – God is there all the time just waiting for us to cry out to him and truly ask for his help and his guidance, He is willing and able to transform your dark corner into one of shinning hope and life.  

So if you are considering yourself unworthy to be touched by God – remember Mary Magdalene – she was classed as a prostitute – but by her actions and repentance before Yeshua/Jesus her sins were forgiven and she was a changed person after that.  So could your life be transformed if you would open your heart to let Yeshua/Jesus in to restore your soul to God and show you a way of life that is better for you.  A way of love and peace, a way of grace and mercy.  There are rules we have to live by they are for our benefit – he shows you the way into the life that will bring about the peace that you are searching for.

So when you are sitting eating your family meal together and sharing time with your family give a thought to who has actually brought all this about.  The creator God made this planet for us, he took his time to get it just right for us, yet we mankind have been so destructive with the very gifts that God has bestowed upon us it is amazing that he still sees fit to show us his mercy by sharing his beloved Rainbow as a sign that He will not flood the planet again. 

Yet there is coming a time of testing, a time of great torment amongst the people because of their fears and anxieties, there is going to be a time of great wailing for not knowing where to turn. Yet those who have found refuge in the cave of his presence, hiding in his wings and under his mantle of protection – people who trust his word – they will be separated from those who are living in fear and anxiety.  

We all have a choice – we can either be filled with fear and anxiety or we can really start to take God at his Word and trust in Him.

For me trusting Him is the only way to life. Because His Word says – Yeshua/Jesus said that He is the way to the life and to peace.  Therefore surely it is time for you to consider your own belief – do you trust him or do you think it is ok just to go to church on Sunday and to prayer meetings and not really know him as your own personal saviour who is there for you to teach you His ways, His laws, His Teachings.  How will you learn if you do not take the time to study His Word.  

Or do you take what is said in the churches from the people in the pulpit – do you accept that they are speaking from the Word of God – can you really trust what they are teaching. Or are they the hirelings that will speak half-truths.  

For me, reading the scriptures for myself – asking God to teach me Himself, leading me to find out just how to live the life that God had originally wanted to live.  That has been my quest for over 30 years.  So the more I read in the Scriptures the ways of man and their ways of disobedience and see the same today as there are in the scriptures and see the result of what happened to the nations and kings who choose to disregard God and His ways – they are no more.  The great Temple of Solomon destroyed, the beautiful ornate decorated temple utensils and everything that Solomon had made dispersed because of the disobedience of the kings after him.  How when we consider how our own society has disintegrated as we  continuously disregard rewrite the Word of God – bearing in mind there is a  warning in Revelations about adding and subtracting from the Word of God – God made it very clear that all the plagues and diseases would come on the people who would dare to change Gods Word.  We can expect to see more and more devastating plagues and misery due to the fact that there has yet again been another version of the Bible (queens bible) which takes away Gods Word and destroys the whole purpose of the Scriptures – when you try to make the Bible say something it clearly is not and changing it to fit into your ideals or desires you will receive the curses that God has written in His Word.  There are very great warnings about changing the Word of God.  

Mankind has decided they want to follow their own version – well that has only one end – destruction, death and disease.  

For me, studying the scriptures discovering the incredible journey that mankind has come on and how Gods intervention has been obvious throughout history.  Even in Ezekiel when it speaks about the Store houses of weather conditions saved for the time of war – you can look through History at the great wars and how the weather was very much against man.  Napoleon had severe winters, when world war 1 was fought there too was horrendous weather.  Throughout most of mans history at the time of great wars the weather systems were against man.  God in his wisdom deemed it so.  Showing that it was a frightful thing to kill and murder ones fellow human being.

God said – do not kill, do not murder – yet that is what is happening all across the planet in one country or another.

Do not commit (take another man's wife/or husband - adultery – yet that happens all the time and is not even seen as a sin now just a matter of course – people divorce and remarry, and do not consider what they are really doing – the devastating affect it has on their families – only interested in their own selfish lusts of the flesh wanting something that is not theirs to have – they married in haste and repent at leisure – that is such a true saying.  Today’s promiscuous society see it as “modern free thinking” yet it is so devastating to the whole of the structure of society.  We are just as the romans were at the end of their civilisation – ruined by their own lusts, greed, and military might – which we can see throughout Europe how it affected most of the countries bringing their people into slavery under the Roman Emperor – yet again there is a rising of something that will cause again much devastation throughout the whole of society which is going to cause many to faint from the terrors of what is coming.  Yet we do not know exactly when it is coming we just know it is. 

God’s Word warns us of such a time, yet it is only a short time then the Kingdom of God will come and it will be Established on the Earth and we shall all learn to live according to His Word, and His Teachings.

When you consider the Lords Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be your name

Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done as it is in heaven so shall it be on earth

Forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us,

Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one

For thine is the power and the glory for ever and ever

Amen.

When we say Our Father – do you believe that He is your father or do you do it out of duty or because it is tradition – do you consider him to actually be your father creator?

We say your kingdom come – do you really believe that this is going to happen and what it actually means, do you think you will still be able go on doing what you have always done, and continue to think that Gods word has not meaning in your life only when go to your places of worship whichever day you may celebrate.  Do you not realise that we shall be keeping Gods timetable, His holy Shabbats, His feast days, his commandments.  Everything that we have been taught is not important  - yet that is exactly what the Word says – that He is going to teach us all how to live according to His teachings and His ways. 

Forgive – forgiveness is not really part of today’s society in many ways.   WE find it hard to forgive those who have wronged us – and sometimes looking for revenge in some way, teaching people a lesson when they have hurt us.  Yet God says unless we forgive there is no forgiveness because if we cannot forgive our brother, neighbour or friends how can he forgive us.

Lead us not into temptation – well that is such a full in your face thing  - in today’s society we are tempted by many things which would never have occurred to others in earlier times.  Our society today has so many new ideas and toys, gadgets that makes it hard not to want them. Yet in some homes it can bring hardship and misery, because the advertising industry drives the needs of the people to desire the latest gadget and toy not really caring about the consequences.

Deliver us from the Evil One – people completely disregard that the Evil one actually exists – so they do not understand that this is not an invisible force that has disappeared but rather he is a fallen angel who because of his own greed and lust for power was banished to the world – who fills the hearts and minds of people to do wicked and evil actions, fills their minds with dark stories to tell, to share fears to encourage fear and horror and torment – he has driven a wedge between man and God because of his control over their minds in the way he uses the tools of modern society to share his information his fear.  You only have to watch the films and games and tv programmes to see it in action.    You can see it in action when you hear of tragic events where children are killing children in their schools and homes.  Do you think that these children are evil – they are brainwashed by the very things they are learning in the homes from the games they watch and what they hear around them.  When man fights with man or fights with woman and they see these very actions happening do you not think that it affects them.  ( I witnessed my parent fighting when I was 4- I saw the pain and anguish of what it caused, as I grew up I saw it more and more until they parted, not just the brutality of husband and wife beatings, but also beatings on children) if that is what they see it is very hard for them to learn a different way – that is why it takes a miracle from God to change people’s lives and turn them into something worth living.

Remember the Evil one tempted woman in the garden of Eden in the first place that caused us to be separated from God – therefore it takes the reconciliation by coming to the Messiah and accepting Him into your life and wanting to learn from him to make a difference in your life.

For thine is the power and the glory

Do your really believe that He has the Power to change lives, do you really believe in the Glory that surrounds his throne.  Do you only consider it as just a nice thing to say. Or do you really consider what you are saying.

I can remember my first experience of singing Amazing Grace and how I felt the power of the Words that really drove deep into my heart.  When I heard and sang a hymn as a child offering my life in to living service of God I felt the surge of the power of the Words that were there. Yet it was not until I became an adult did the Power of those Words really have the affect on my life – words that I sang that I would serve Jesus all the days of my life really did permeate my life. Now I serve God by writing these blogs in the hope that they may help someone else realise that they are not alone.  That God does love them and wants to help them change their lives around.

So please if you are reading this, consider that what Yeshua/Jesus said, “no man can come to the Father unless they come thru him, and no man come to Yeshua/Jesus unless the Father is first drawing them to Him.  Each person has the opportunity to hear the call of God in their lives.  It is up to each individual to respond one way or the other.  For me to choose God was one of great joy as it has given me a life of peace and contentment even through my darkest times, for I have known that God had his hand on my life and knows exactly what my destiny is. 

So I hope that someday you too will  have the blessed assurance that God loves you and wants to bless you and keep you safe.
